The SAE conversion kit converts your conventional battery clamp power cord to an SAE end, allowing you to use other attachments such as terminal rings or 7-way power access to power your compressor. Please note that this particular product is designed to make the RVS models (89P-RVS, 300P-RVS, 400P-RVS, 450P-RVS) compatible with the 7-way power connector, allowing users of those models to plug in their Viair instead of connecting to their engine battery.
The VIAIR 89P-RVS will fill most Class B tires from 80 to 90 PSI in less than 2 minutes. The Viair 300P-RVS can inflate a 245/70R/19.5 tire from 90 to 110 PSI in less than 2 minutes. The VIAIR 400P-RVS will inflate a 40-inch RV tire (275/80R/22.5) tire from 100 to 110 PSI in just over 2 minutes. The VIAIR 450P-RVS will inflate a 40-inch RV tire (275/80R/22.5) tire from 100 to 110 PSI in less than 4 minutes.
Yes, you can! You’ll need the VIAIR Winterization Kit (Compatible with 400 and 450 RVS models ONLY) to winterize your RV water lines.
The VIAIR 400P-RVS and 450P-RVS are the only models that come with a 45-degree extended reach chuck which provides easy access for dual rear wheels.
Yes! Many people choose the larger 400P-RVS and 450P-RVS models even when they don't need the power they provide because they are the only models that come with a 40" 90-degree twist-on chuck which allows you to stand while adding air to tires. Plus they have a gas-station style air gun which makes airing your tires much easier!
No, the VIAIR are designed to be powered by 12V power which makes them perfect for airing tires up on the side of the road or if you are away from AC power while boondocking.
