Yes, we sell and recommend the Wheel Masters valve extenders which come in a variety of lengths and angles. If you use a braided extension, the end would need to be secured to the rim in order to keep the sensor from flying around.
No, you do not need to reprogram the TireMinder system every time you change batteries. Just remember to put the sensor back on the same tire position they were taken off of.
No, the sensors auto-code to the monitor and the high and low settings are calculated automatically when you enter your tire pressure into it. TechnoRV sends a Learning Series after purchase which includes written directions and videos to walk you through the process.
Yes, the TireMinder sensors have a locking hex nut to prevent theft, and you receive a locking wrench to install them.
You will need the module mounted on your dash close to your phone in order for the sensors to communicate with your phone app.
