GasGear by GasStop 90-degree hoses are a high-quality RV propane pigtails. With their 90-degree turn, they provide more space for a GasStop installation in tight spaces. The robust brass 90-degree fitting also reduces the hose stress at the ACME connection and the stainless steel overbraid also helps extend the life of the hose by reducing rubbing/rodent damage, and the breakdown of the thermoplastic due to sun exposure. Due to this high-quality construction, these hoses have an industry-leading 2-year warranty. Think Propane Safety, think GasGear by GasStop!
* Weight: 12" hose: 8.8 ounces; 18" hose: 9.1 ounces * Style: Braided Stainless Hose * Material: Brass * Warranty: 2 years
* Patent Pending 90-degree brass elbow minimizes strain in tight spaces on connections * Installs quickly and easily to propane tanks and regulators * Rated to 200,000 BTU/hr * Connect your RV camper 1/4" inverted flare inlet regulator to a 20lb, 30lb, or 40lb LP tank * Provides thermal and excess flow protection
If the GasStop device is causing your tanks to be too large for the space you have, then the fix is simple: GasGear 90-Degree Hoses. With their patented 90-degree design, it gives you the space you need to use your GasStop in tight-fitting places. Be sure to get equipped with the same number of hoses as GasStop devices.
There are 2 different types of connections from the hose to the regulator. The first type is an ¼” NPT connection, and the second type is an ¼” inverted flare fitting. At TechnoRV, we have a Propane Adapter that allows you to connect the GasGear hose which has an inverted flare connection to a regulator that has an NPT connection. This adapter is necessary for GasGear users with the NPT regulator connection (common in Airstreams).
