Refund policy

 

TechnoRV has a money back, 30-day return policy.  We want you to be happy with your purchase, and will do what we can to ensure this. There are a few reasons why a product may be returned for a refund, and all returns must follow the proper return procedure.
  • All returns must have an RMA number issued by TechnoRV before they are returned. Contact us at info@technorv.com to request a return.
  • The 30-day policy goes into effect the day the product is delivered.
  • After 30 days, defective products must be returned by the customer to the manufacturer according to their product warranty.  We will be happy to help customers facilitate returning these defective products to the manufacturer.
  • We do not take returns of products that have been installed or that show any sign of wear. All products must be in like-new condition with no marks, fading, adhesives, or evidence of use. 
  • When shipping returns, customers are encouraged to insure the shipment. Customers are responsible for any damage or loss incurred during shipment.
  • We do not take returns of products that are missing the original retail packaging or if there is writing or postage on the retail packaging.
  • Refunds will be issued 7-10 business days after the product has been received by TechnoRV.
  • TechnoRV reserves the right to refuse a return or add a return fee if the product is not returned according to this policy.

Defective Product (100% refund within 30 days) 

  • The product has a manufacturer's defect. 
  • This does not include a product that is in working condition, but is simply not working for your situation.
  • Customer will receive a full refund of product purchase price.
  • TechnoRV will send a return label for shipping.

Unopened and Unused (100% refund within 30 days less a 3% processing fee)

  • The product has not been opened and is being returned as it was received.
  • Customer will receive a full refund of purchase price less a 3% processing fee.
  • The original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping.  There should be no writing or stickers placed on the retail package.

Opened Product in Like-New Condition (80% refund within 30 days less a 3% processing fee)

  • The product has been opened, but is in the condition in which it was received.  All parts are included and the product/parts/manuals are in the original retail packaging in like-new condition.
  • Customer will receive a refund of the purchase price less a 20% restocking fee and less a 3% processing fee.
  • If you received free shipping for your order, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping.  There should be no writing or stickers placed on the retail package. 

Used or Incomplete Product (Up to 50% refund within 30 days less a 3% processing fee)

  • The product has been used, is missing components, or is not in like-new condition. This includes items that show signs of wear, damage, or are returned without original packaging, manuals, or accessories.
  • Customer may receive a refund of up to 50% of the purchase price, less a 3% processing fee, depending on the condition of the returned product.
  • The original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping.  There should be no writing or stickers placed on the retail package.
  • Returns that are excessively damaged, contaminated, or missing essential components may not be eligible for any refund.
  • There should be no writing or stickers placed directly on the retail packaging.

Each return in this category will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and refund amounts may vary accordingly.

Limited Lifetime* Warranty
For products whose packaging is marked with our Lifetime Warranty Logo when sold through authorized retailers, we warrant our consumer products to be defect free both in materials and workmanship that result in failure during normal usage. This warranty begins at the time of original retail purchase and is extended to the original end-user purchaser. This limited warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy, offered in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. TechnoRV will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use of this product.

This Limited Warranty does not cover:
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage to any non-TechnoRV product used in connection with this product
  • Misuse, unauthorized modifications, and external causes such as acts of nature
  • Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or modification of the product
  • Scratching or surface damage to any non-TechnoRV product
No Other Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, this warranty and the remedies set forth above are exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, remedies and conditions, whether oral or written, express or implied. TechnoRV specifically disclaims any and all implied warranties, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. If TechnoRV cannot lawfully disclaim or exclude implied warranties under applicable law, then to the extent possible any claims under such implied warranties shall expire on expiration of the warranty period. No TechnoRV reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.

Making a Warranty Claim
You can begin a warranty claim by contacting our Customer Service team at info@technorv.com. TechnoRV will, at its discretion, ship a replacement to you postage paid. The offer of postage-paid shipping applies to warranty replacements shipped to the same country where purchase was made. All returns and warranty claims must be acknowledged and approved by TechnoRV before sending the product to us. TechnoRV reserves the right to send you a replacement product that is the same or of a similar style, or a substitute equivalent that may not be of like kind. Replacement products are warranted as above for the remainder of the original applicable product warranty period. If the product is exchanged, the replacement product becomes your property and the product becomes TechnoRV's property. TechnoRV is not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit to TechnoRV if shipped other than with our prepaid return label.
